A really nice little detail at the beginning of the Episode is that it is Lelouch this time narrating the short recap! C.C has not the oversight anymore and can't remember things so she wouldn't be a good narrator anymore that is why Lelouch now takes over with it! You speculated on the Emperor using his geass on CC and rewriting her memories, usually i never engage with speculations from the creator's part because it is nice having theories and having them is half the fun too, agreeing or disagreeing with theories when you know the full story is in itself a spoiler for the overall story but here it wont have any affect on the story and wont spoil anything if i remind you that Charles has become the same thing as C.C is and C.C does not have any Geass Abilities anymore. But they did become imune to any geass, no matter if they are the person implanting the geass in someone or not, a tradeoff in a way, the whole imortality thing aside. I really love the live-streamed conference part, it is amazing what the Black Knights have become over the course of the show, from a terrorist cell to becoming knights of justice to becoming the equally matched to the ruling kingdom as an independend force. There is so much behind it which is amazing, the agreement on all 47 States having no military power and giving all the Combatabilities to the Black Knights is such a massive risk in itself, no matter who's side wins, they will be the only ones with not only a combat force but the biggest combatforce in the entire world. We are now slowely getting into the Endgame of Code Geass, i hope you are ready for it! And because it is slowely coming up, i still recommend doing the Finale in one Sitting, meaning 23-24-25 you definetly should not take a week break between 24 and 25! If you don't want to do a Tripple Episode, i would suggest Doing Episode 19 as a Standalone if that is really needed.
