While i don't like Shirley (she is too dumb, naive and goody2shoes for me XD), I highly respect her wanting to be an ally, recognizing how Lulu is fighting all alone. Also I love or Orange~ he is such an interesting character. This EP we had focus on 2 admirable characters, with both a very strong form of Loyalty (love in Shirleys case), very inspiring imho. Why Rolo did it should be similar to why he killed a random agent of theirs that "might have" overheard some stuff, even tho they were on the same side. Basically rooting out any potential danger to - now Lulu - asap. Also I believe he might feel a bit threatened by the existence of Nunally The more big plot points that past, the most excited I am to watch your reaction to the conclusion of everything~ All Hail Lulu!

2024-11-19 20:45:36 +0000 UTCJeremiah "Orange" Gottwald brings up a question never really considered asking. What would've been if Lelouch instead of becoming Zero returned as a prince back to the homeland. His mother was universally loved amongst Soldiers and Nobels and as her oldest son he should have been able to work up the ranks with lots of backing from different sources but his hatred for not only his father but also his country that left him and his sister for dead in japan he instead opted for becoming zero. Interestingly enough he said in the early episodes to CC that he wanted to do it anyway even without any Geass and it only helped speeding things along, so maybe this would've been a way for him to destroy it, just from the inside very similiar to suzaku how wants to change it instead. Well now you really know why i had to laugh in pain the other episode when you mentioned "Shirley has been through enough" i knew this episode was coming and had to keep quiet about, it's sad, really sad, just when she was finally able to make up her mind wihtout any disturbances, the first time she couldn't process it and Mao played with her emotions which resulted in her memories beeing whiped, then the emperor just implanted false memories in her and now she gets the rollo yandere menu. And yes, it came down mostly to her mentioning Nunnally, Rollo is afraid that the place he found for himself will be lost as soon as Nunnally returns to Lelouches side, it is in a way a form of "Yandere" which is a term for love-sick chronically jealous people, that he would even kill to make sure nothing changes or well, that Lelouch stays by his side. Considering his upbringing and that up to this point he was only considered a weird-freak-tool for others to play and command with, he never learned how to share or process his emotions in a healthy way, atleast that is my view on him and what he did this episode probably made everyone really hate him the first time.
