It is technology that is actually used in our world too, many skyscrapers have a layered base to make them super wobbly so they don't break as easily. "That Guy" is Jeremiah Gottwald or better known as "Orange" the last we saw of him was during the Narita battle where Kallen caused the avalanche, from there we only get climpses of him in the background to tease but nothing very specific. He got picked up by the researchers that know abouer CC and apparently saved his life by modifying his body. We know how obsessed he was with Zero and his honor that got tarnished because of the whole Orange incident in the first couple of episodes. Told you, you better write his name down! Viletta/Chigusa was attacked during the rebellion of the japanese people, they saw her starring out the window and thought she was a spy (most likely they were just bloodthirsty because of the hate against britannia) and tried to kill her, i think it was related to her muscle memory beeing a trained fighter and highly competent in the military that her body moved on her own and she started to remember who she was before the incident when shirley shot and left her for dead. Darlton is a great character, he was the one that clapped for Suzaku becomming a knight for Euphemia, he didn't seem too racist in comparison of the others and also a highly trained military officer with his own unit under his command (fun side-fact, his son is in that unit too, he has red-ish hair and we have seen him atleast once before) He was commanded by Lelouch after the Euphemia massacer when they run into each other, we didn't saw what they were talking because the show focused on other things but we saw him still alive after encountering Zero, that was probably the moment where Lelouch demanded he would interfere with Cornelia to get her to him, right after his command was achieved the Order was gone and he could see what he has done just to be killed off with a warm thanks from zero must have been really brutal.
