Alya is a great anime :) you are correct its a Romcom with the main focus of the anime being around Alya the one with white hair as you guessed. The main focus of the story is that she isn't able to properly express her emotions in public and she sometimes lets her real self out by speaking russian which she thinks nobody can understand so she is safe from them understanding her anyway but is there really nobody else there that can understand Russian and realises what she is saying? Leaving the last part as a question xD
