New Information available, come get them while they are still hot(dogs)! At 1:53 we can see the Picture in Kallens Bedroom featuring herself, her Mother (who has no confirmed name!) and her older brother Naoto who was killed before the show started and the original leader of the terrorist group under Zeros command. We only see Naoto in pictures. Their Japanese Family Name is KΕzuki and their Britannian Name is Stadtfeld, the mother does not have that one but her stepmother has also no confirmed first Name! Side note, Mrs Stadtfeld can't bear any children on her own which is the main reason she accepted that the Father wanted to adopt Kallen officially in the Stadtfeld name. The student council prez Milly loves creating new Events she can host in the school and will never pass on an opportunity, what we saw this episode was them dressing up outfits for the upcomming Cat-Festival event and we will see multiple events throughout the show. These Episodes focusing on Events are meant to be a breather not only for us viewers but also for the students who are confronted with the current state of affairs, terrorism and racism. Kyoto got mentioned this Episode too, at this point we don't know much about the Kyoto-Group besides them "sending" some "Gurren MK" and it was mentioned before from the Japanese Liberation Front that they expect Kyoto to send them the Gurren and now in this episode it is hinted that it will go to the Black Knights. The Kyoto Group and their members are a mystery even for those that receive their support so we can assume that these are powerful or atleast very rich people financing the ressitance fighters with weapons, knightmares and money. Kallen is outed as a rebellious teenager in this Episode with how she treats her mother while fighting for her Japanese heritage which stems from her mothers side. I personally believe that she kinda knew why her mother stayed with the Stadtfeld family but might found it to be more easy to just hate her for the wrong reasons. Even tho we do see them a lot at school it is easy to forget that these key players Kallen -> Lelouch -> Suzaku are all just 17 years old.

2024-08-13 21:31:08 +0000 UTCHey π I think the anime wants me to think Lulu will figure it out first so I think Suzaku will 1st π€ more through deduction than anything else ... I'm enjoying it so far lol it's very detailed tho so one u pick up more from the 2nd 3rd time around I think

Suzaku or Lulu? or both at the same time? And if they do, do you think it will be a confession to the other? During battle? Or through a third party (such as friends, or media, or other whisperings) Aaaaaaaand, ALL HAIL ARTHUR! may u bite and paw Suzaku even more! And im wondering how do you like this mix of scifi, battle, politics and character drama and tragedy with some sprinkled of comedy and fanservice? Edit: Her mother does not have the hairstyle of death, so at least for this EP she lives --> Hairstyle of death, is a commonality that was noticed of mainly shounen-mothers, who wear their hair over one side/shoulder (no matter if open, ponytail, braid), and they end up dying or are already dead (and we know the hairstyle through photos or flashbacks) Most known ones at this point should be Erens Mother from AoT and and the Elric Mother from FMA
