Hey not sure when this was recorded so it may not of been out yet but thought I should let you know that there is a 5th opening for Date a live as season 5 of the anime started around 3 weeks ago and has a new opening with it.

Yet, at the same time, your other guess was also right: fights will play a big role in the story, whether against one another or against someone else. It's one of the main anime/LNs of the "harem genre", which is basically "main character will have multiple love interests". Yet, while the premise is simple/plain, the plot itself is not as easy as it seems. The anime has been somewhat marred by average-ish animation and production, but the story is pretty interesting and definitely worth a watch. The OPs are sung by the group "sweet ARMS", which is made up of 4 voice actors from the Date A Live anime. There is also a 5th season airing right now.
