It's always wild when Thorfinn sees the same intensity in Snake that he saw in Askeladd. To put it in perspective, Snake is currently in his prime now and in terms of strength as a warrior he is roughly on par with older Askeladd that we see at the end of season 1, so Snake is no slouch by any means. As for Thorfinn and Einar's relationship, the dynamic and differences between their characters only continues to grow and reach perfection by the end of season 2. Ultimately you'll be very happy with the direction Thorfinn's character goes, however it won't be an easy or comfortable road for anyone involved,
