-The subtitles thing that got mentioned was an issue when the episodes were first released but they have been fixed since then and as far as I've seen they have all been correct in the episodes you've watched so you shouldn't actually have to worry about that anywhere. That being said:
-That is the actual Black Scripture from the Theocracy, not all of their members are at that meeting.
Azuth (Leader of drop of red, and Lakyus' Uncle the scummy playboy) mentioned he heard one of them deviated from the heroic path. He is refering to Clemintine! Furthermore that one member of the Black Scripture at the meeting with the blond hair and red eyes is actually Clemintine's brother, if you were thinking they looked alike.
-This is more of the saying it without saying it that Overlord loves to do in the Anime, but Azuth is mentioned as being the leader of Drop of Red, and Albedo says earlier that guy in the Power Suit is from Drop of Red. So the reason he says he wants to work alone so he can get away is because he can just fly away in his suit. They never really mention this ever, but Azuth is actually really weak as a human being compared to other adventurers, he is only really strong because he has the Power Suit.
A good comparison would be Gagaran from Blue Rose being like the Hulk where as Azuth is like Tony Stark with an Iron Man suit.

Ainz has always been conflicted for sure, and he is even more so after meeting with Prince Zanac. It's funny they are each thinking "So this is what a real king is like" afterwards.
Zanac appealed to Ainz' sense of humanity and mercy from such a short conversation. He says he will make their deaths as painless as possible, but afterwards he respected him so much he was even considering accepting their surrender.
Then these nobles show up after murdering their own king and defiling his body, throwing his head in a sac.. it just confirms it for him that the kingdom is a corrupt disgusting place and there isn't anyone worth showing mercy there to.

I kinda see a conflict in two version of Ains. 1 being Ains the Overlord and 2 Satoru Suzuki the person he was before he was emersed into this world.

Ainz has lost all control, and acting contradictory, one moment he wants to kill everyone including that royalty, now he is angry about the prince being killed, whom he was already going to kill? Seems hypocritical to me, but then again, he has no morals at this point.
