The quick flash to Ainz was just supposed to be a joke. Enri was saying "Im just a regular person but all of a sudden all the people are worshipping me and I have to pretend to be a leader, I must be the only person in the world this has happened to" and then you get a quick shot of Ainz looking around like somebody is talking about him.

2023-01-14 23:50:56 +0000 UTCI always assumed that the reason Enri (and the villagers in general) want to try to do their best on their own w/o telling Ainz is that, while Ainz saved them, he's not like their actual lord or ruler. It'd be kinda like going to your rich neighbor who helped you fix your car once in order to buy a new one the moment yours broke down. Clearly they don't mind helping but you don't want to *rely* on them. Also Enri best girl!
