"Referee..." might be my favorite reaction to funny kinky stuff coming up in a show and it kills me everytime you say it xD
Anyway, bulletpoints to give you details without spoilers or handing away answers, hopefully:
• This is INCREDIBLY emotional. Especially once you realize Cocytus never moved an INCH fighting them all. But to respect Zaryusa and his brothers ingenuity and warrior spirit he took a step backwards to reposition for the strike. Didn't NEED to, but he did that.
• As Nero already said Demiurge was simply telling Ainz that he hadn't suggested Cocytus bring Crusch. Meaning it was Cocytus' idea. This is doubly good for Ainz as it already shows him improving in predicting and planning things out and thinking ahead instead of just following orders. Which was, as we learned previously, a major reason for this attack, to see if they could do that, and if they could learn to if they couldn't. Could they break their "programming" essentially.
• The reason for the "bit tongue" talking from Zaryusa is that reviving someone costs the person being revived a lot of strength. In the case of Yggdrasil, it took away 10 levels. This was actually a great way for people to respec in game. However creatures under a certain level (I think it's like under 20 equivalent) of strength turn to dust when resurrected.
I do love the end of this. It's sad, the Lizardmen lost, a lot of cool characters died, but there was still a bit of a happy ending and it doesn't break Ainz' character, the whole pragmatic "good of Nazarick" reasoning he has.

Demiurge was saying "no I didn't tell him to do that" letting Ains know that Cocytus came up with that idea himself, which makes it all the more impressive, since Demiurge is the brains and Cocytus is the brawn basically. He wasn't "disagreeing" there.
