November rewards

As a heads up, for those of you who have been pledging at the $10 tier, I will no longer be including the "progress" folder in your packages. Do note that you are not losing out on any content! The files in the "commentary" folder are the same expect with the extra text layers, so there's no reason to include both. This should cut down on the file size of the ZIP archives.
If you have not received your rewards, please check if your pledge was declined!
If you began pledging after Dec 1, you will receive your first rewards at the beginning of January.
