The subject has shown symptoms of cranial shrinkage, lowering IQ more towards that of a dog. She still retains some aspects of a human, as when nurses tried to remove lingerie, Samantha snapped and bit him. He is now in quarantine room 5 showing early stages of infection. Hair also has yet to fall out, which is strange since most patients lose it at the 15% infection point.

She has however responded well to the food and especially likes treats. We also introduced a dog collar to help her into the transition of her new life.

There is still no known cure for CANID-19 and has thus far infected 65% of the world.

I hope Dr. Sandberg is satisfied with this report and praises me for being such a good boy. He might even take me out for a walk later! Wait... My wrist. Is that, fur? Oh no...
