Chapter 69 - Hitting the slopes (Day 5)

Exposition chapter, but I promise it's leading to another fun chapter! Either 70 or perhaps 71 will be the next particularly fun scene! Anyway, enjoy!

Nick was driving himself and his middle sister Ashley up the mountain. They'd just had breakfast with the rest of their family, but no one else wanted to get to the mountain this early. It was a little before 9am and Nick and Ashley decided to get an early start. During breakfast Nick noticed his mother would barely look at him. The few times she did she would quickly look away and sip on her coffee or stare at the floor. He figured she must have had a pretty interesting dream after all, based on her now shy behavior. Lynn seemed exhausted, like perhaps she didn't get enough sleep and their dad just didn't feel like leaving the cabin so early. Nick and Ashley on the other hand we're ready to get up on the mountain and get some runs in. They decided to head up early and make a trip back around noon to grab the rest of the family. Getting to the base of the mountain from their cabin was only about a 15-20 minute drive so this compromise served both groups just fine.

"Hey little sister, how about a blowjob on the way up?" Nick asked with a laugh, though he was half serious. "You wish, why don't you ask mom or Lynn?" She replied while looking out the window. "I guess I'll need to later then." Nick said grinning. Ashley glared for a second at her brother and then resumed looking out the window. The siblings drove in silence for about 5 more minutes after this little exchange, before Nick said, "Are you upset about what Lynn, mom and I did last night?"

Ashley pulled her feet up so that she was now kind of sitting in the fetal position. "No... I mean... I guess not.." She was looking down at the floor of the car and Nick could tell she wasn't being completely honest. "Ashley, you know I love you too, right?" Ashley huffed and replied, "I guess.." she replied sounding rather sad. Nick pulled into the parking lot near the ski lodge and quickly found a spot. He turned off the car and Ashleyquickly opened the door to get out. "Hey sis, wait a second, please." Nick called before she exited the car. "What?" She asked crossing her arms, Nicksmiled, his little sister was pouting and he couldn't help but think she looked pretty cute. He reached over grabbed her right leg and pulled her towards himself spinning her as he did. Now she was sitting in the passenger seat completely turned towards him. "Ashley I love you."

Ashley frowned and said, "Sure, I love you too." Though she managed to look even more reserved as she spoke. This made Nick laugh, he found it hilarious that Ashley could be so tough and yet so clearly insecure at the same time. "Ashley talk to me. I can tell something is bothering you." As he spoke he gently caressed his sister's face and she seemed to warm up ever so slightly. Though as she responded she spoke low, with little confidence, "I guess I just wish you looked at me.. like... the way you look at Lynn..." Nick didn't really know what to say. So he decided not to say anything. He pulled Ashley's leg again sliding her even closer to his side. Then he placed his right hand on the back of her neck and pulled her in for a kiss. He felt her tense up and then very quickly relax.

They kissed for several minutes and he felt his little sister's anxiety melting with each kiss. Her own hands played with his arms and chest as she got more and more into their spontaneous make out session. Nick felt the urge between his legs to push things further, but at the same time he was genuinely enjoying just kissing and being a little vulnerable with Ashley. After a few seconds Ashleyscooted even closer but their kiss was interrupted by her awkward hitting of the shifter in between them. "Oops." Ashley said in reaction, her face flush. Nick leaned in and kissed her cheek again. "Now do you understand how I feel about you?" Ashley looked into her brother's eyes, he saw a fire in hers that he had come to recognize as pure lust. She gently played with the hair on the back of his head as her left arm was resting on his shoulder. "I don't really want to go snowboarding anymore big brother..." Ashley said sounding a lot like Lynn, cute yet somehow also seductive. Her right hand now tracing something along his chest. "What do you want to do little sister?" Nick asked playfully. "I want to keep playing with you." Ashley said looking up from her hand directly into his eyes. Much more context could be gleaned from looking into her eyes than contemplating her words. A brilliant idea popped into Nick's head as he replied, "How about we go for a few runs for now and-" Ashley stuck out her bottom lip as if pouting. Nick laughed and continued, "Aannnd, when we go back down to get the rest of the family we send them up and play around in the cabin. Just the two of us? We can tell them we're too tired to go up again." Ashley's eyes lit up. "Okay big brother! That sounds fun!" Nick smiled and said, "Oh it will be little sister!" Then opened his door with a pop, cold air now rushing into the car. Ashley looked quite happy as she hopped out of the car herself and the pair made their way off towards the lifts.
