One of my favorite depictions of Kaname-kun is in one of his maid outfits, so I was interested in something along those lines.
Nipples, penis and butthole are all exposed.
I'd like his panties to be hanging off his leg as if it was taken off hastily but not removed entirely.

I was thinking that Kaname-kun would be propped up and leaning back against maybe pillows or something? Either on a bed, or some kind of furniture you might find at the Yugato-Club. Purple is one of my favorite colors, but any sort of color scheme or lack of is fine for the background.
Kaname-kun's recent lover isn't present in the scene, just Kaname-kun. But the scene takes place immediately after they finish.
The creampie and maybe some of Kaname-kun's own ejaculate has leaked onto the furniture he is on.
