New feature for variety. Lottery for FREE commission

Hello everyone!  First of all, I want to thank you for your support. Thanks to your contributions, I raised money and finally had my eye surgery. My eyesight was very bad, 20% for the right eye and 30% for the left one. But now, 2 weeks after the surgery, my vision has improved to 85-90% for each of the eyes! This is simply incredible!

I am gradually recovering and since I have not taken commissions for a couple of months, I have some free time to experiment.

I want to try a new feature the Lottery Commission. We will  raffle off a free commission randomly among our subscribers. In theory, this should add a lot of variety to our pictures, because each winner will be able to order what they personally like. Of course, there will be rather strange orders and there will certainly be winners who like the most common heroines of Marvel and the CW series. But there is hope that the theory of probability will put everything in place. At the moment, I see the need to introduce the following rules.

1. The lottery winner gets a free commission.
2. Only the subscribers from Legion5, Legion10, commission AmelodyJ, commission Rzhevskii can participate in the Lottery.
3. We ourselves determine which of the artists will draw the commission.
4. The Commission must not violate Patreon's rules and must not go against the personal restrictions of the artists.
5. The number of characters in the picture can be 1 or 2.

As to how the Lottery will be held: 

We have a database of subscribers who are currently subscribed to our Patreon. In this database, all subscribers have a number and a nickname.  

In order to avoid ongoing database changes in the process, we will select a winner from the previous month's subscriber base. For example, now in June we will select a winner from the May subscriber base.

For all subscribers to be convinced of the honesty of our lottery, we can upload a database with subscribers nicknames in different formats. So that everyone can see their nickname in the list and find out their number. (We have deliberately removed all confidential information from this database. Email addresses, discord numbers, etc. everything was deleted, leaving only serial numbers and nicknames.)

Then, using the site https://www.random.org/ we will choose a random number from 2 to the maximum number of subscribers we have on the site. The numbers start from 2 because cell  number 1 contains the column name, not the subscriber's nickname.

This is how we find out the number of the winner from the list of subscribers.

We will contact the winner via private messages to clarify the details of their prize commission.
