Or how about Hermoine Granger from Harry Potter and make it a parody of the polyjuice potion mixup from the first book where she mixed cat hair in the potion and turned nearly into a cat; yes I'm aware that she was 12 in that book but just age her up and instead of becoming part cat, she turns into a kitty hulk.
