2024-11-18 06:53:27 +0000 UTCTwin Peaks is a must watch series eventually...though there is a whole order to watch it in with the first two seasons, the movie, the deleted scenes movie (important) and really you need to see eraserhead, lost highway and mulholland dr before season 3. But season 3 is maybe the most rewarding season of a show ever made...pure art. Incredible...Lynch is the GOAT. Westworld is awesome and would be a great watch the first season is especially incredible with one of the best first episodes of any show. The first 5 seasons of X-Files are a must watch at some point as well, it's like TNG and DS9 in how it perfectly blends episodic and serialized storytelling, those first five seasons are special. And it was directly inspired by Kolchak. That said...the Expanse is fucking great. Give it four episodes before making a judgement on it!

If you're talking about the 2024 Apple TV Series, then I don't know why a comparison is being made; the two shows are completely different. (Expanse is still better.)
