That is so interesting about the guide and apparent intentions of the game. I legit thought it was meant to portray a positive sex work environment because of how consenting everyone was about working there. I felt kinda bad for Rald when I saw the spa closed at the end of the game because he lost a job that made him happy. As a poly person I was impressed Tomoki was able to date e]multiple people at the same time and that the love interests were okay with him fucking other people. So it was disappointing to hear the good endings didn't have poly representation by acknowledging that two characters can be in love while liking someone else or having casual sex. Also I agree immensely that the Rald beach sex scene was soooooo hot

2023-01-30 10:20:21 +0000 UTCi can only imagine how infuriating hearing this must have been then LMAO its soooooo DUMBBBBBBBBB i will say luckily it hasnt ruined the game for me (but it does leave a STRONG SIDE EYE in my mind) cause really and truly this info wasnt IN the game so half of it feels like retroactive damage control that didnt even need to exist... However even before the journal i was a little skeptical of the contrast between the good and bad ends like you mentioned smh lmao

The good ends requiring characters to leave SW, conflating SW and trafficking, the idea of your SWer falling in love with you and not charging you anymore ugggghhh that's so irritating and I enjoyed your playthrough so that's very disappointing 😭
