Keep in mind this will be a FULL UNCUT reaction, so you will need to sync with your own copy. If there are different versions of the film chosen we will cross that bridge if/when we get there.
All of these movies have been on multiple polls, so the threshold for the losers to return to the next one will be 25%

I don't have an opinion on whether to watch the longer Directors cut or not as I haven't seen either in years. Time After Time is also great but again I haven't seen it in a long time. Multiple links to Trek in that film, both in terms of themes and actors that appear in both.

If you want a Western try suggesting "Westworld" (I mean the original movie by Michael Crichton although if they ever did the series I would be down for that as well, I'm one of the few fans who loved every season up til it got canceled) or maybe "Cowboys and Aliens" with Daniel Craig and Harrison Ford.

I love Tombstone and the Abyss, and it'd be great to still have them watch it at some point. But it'd be fun to have them watch The Last Starfighter and even Flight of the Navigator
