If you have been following the channel a while, you know The Boys is one of Alex's favorite shows of the last few years, and Josh has never seen it, so it was a perfect fit for this series.
As with everything else this month, this is a one-off reaction for now, but can return in the future if there's enough interest.

I'm glad Alex got you to watch this, Josh, and that you liked it. I've seen all 3 seasons. I think sometimes it can go a little over the top with the gore but other than that, I like it. Season 2 is my favorite. Worth watching, at least up through that point.

2023-01-15 22:58:16 +0000 UTCHuh, there are at least 3 modern Star Trek actors in this. Simon Pegg was Scotty in the JJ Abrams movies, Karl Urban was McCoy in the same movies, and Jack Quaid is one of the main voice actors in the animated show Lower Decks.
