I thought Molly Brown nailed all the core aspects of Deb and had all her mannerisms down and I could easily see that character becoming the Debra we see in the main show, Debra in the main show could be just as reckless as teenage Deb was

2025-08-04 01:17:34 +0000 UTCGreat season. Sarah Michelle Gellar was really underused though. I still know nothing really about her. Maybe in S2. And Molly Brown still doesn't evoke Deb at all to me... she's a good actress... I wish she did. Christian Slater also looks very different from James Remar... But he has that same gruff quality, so that works for me. Everyone else are really perfect matches and so believable. I'm just going to keep ignoring all the timeline contrivances... and go with Dexter as an unreliable narrator. Because it is a lot of fun.
