Cheryl Miller is a legendary women's basketball player from the 1980s - later a coach and NBA sideline reporter (also Reggie Miller's sister).

Barney Miller was in a cop show in the 70s in fact it was called Barney Miller. I don’t know who Chauncey Miller was.

Now we've lost two Pops in one week. First Pop Pop in community at paintball, and now Pops in the barbershop.

Stokes really is a great villain. The actor has the face and voice of an amazing villain in any movie or show. RIP pops he was a great character for the short time he was here. That scene with him taking on like 100 guys was awesome he’s straight up immune to everything like you said he just walks forward and can mow through anything.

This show may not be as stylized as Daredevil, but there are some nice technical flourishes. Stokes throwing Tone off the roof in one camera shot without a cut was clever (I'm assuming the actor ducked out of view at the same moment a dummy was released for the actual fall) and the scene at Pop's after the shooting with the detectives was done in a single take with some nice steadicam work. Also, can we acknowledge Misty's basketball skills? Simone Missick did her own shooting, apparently making 10 of the 12 shots that were filmed (and in heels, no less!)
