2025-03-01 08:30:54 +0000 UTCYou were right, Rob! The actor who plays Lukka was indeed in Dexter, and played Viktor, the guy Isaak is trying to avenge. He also played Pete in The Walking Dead, one of the guys in charge of the group that Martinez was a part of and the Governor eventually takes over.
