A little surprised there was no reaction to the Episode 3 lines... Hammer: But I didn't get the BB gun that Christmas, you know why? Some random, quiet dude: You'll shoot your eye out

A little easter egg

Demon in a bottle is actually the name of an iron man comic

Unlike most shows that have dropped an episode per week, What If season 2 had an episode per DAY and this one premiered in Christmas Eve. Jon Favreau jokingly agreed to voice Happy again as long as he got to have his own episode where he becomes Freak. Yup, that’s his codename. Headwriters Ashley Bradley and Matthew Chauncey weren’t familiar with Freak, but they agreed all the same. Jon and the writers mutually didn’t want this incarnation of Happy to be too different from his main counterpart. That’s why unlike in the comics, they made it so that Happy remained calm cool and collected as possible even in Hulk form. Tony meeting the Grandmaster was the episode that was cut from the first season. Even though I’m glad we finally got to see it, I feel like it made more sense for Tony to be a Guardian of the Multiverse. I personally prefer to watch this episode in the Latin Spanish dub, because even though we don’t have RDJ his dub actor continues to voice Tony in this cartoon. The way he voices Tony in Spanish is pretty funny, soothing, and unique at the same time.

These were two fun episodes. Never realized how much I needed Jeff Goldblum and Robert Downey Jr. with a little Taika on the side (yes, I know it's not actually Downey Jr. but Mick Wingert does a darn good RDJ).
