She’s threatening biological warfare on the only habitable place they know of and she’s doing human experiments. The way Octavia is grooming Madi just makes me uncomfortable I’m really hating it

And... if Indra feels that way... who's been beside her in the bunker all these years... then that's a solid assessment. My yardsticks of reason are Indra and Monty. Monty was so right about sending an invasive species into the last arable land. That's how we get a horror movie. Tests saying that they die off in a few days don't matter... things have a way of adapting, evolving. Honestly beyond stupid and delusional to risk.

2024-03-07 04:09:37 +0000 UTCOctavia really turned very dark and intimidating this season - in general she became more cold after Lincoln's death, but S5 took this to a whole new level, understandably, as she was forced to lead so many people, keep them in check and who knows what all went down in the bunker as they are all keeping quiet. Must have taken a toll on her mentality as well, imo. Despite her being a very scary character this season and not always agreeing with her choices, I still find her so badass and love her as a character. Just looking back at the very first episode and seeing her now I feel so proud of her development, even if I wish she had more of her "humanity" back.

2024-03-07 01:34:26 +0000 UTCOctavia is right though. Bellamy literally went to murder 300 people in their sleep. Let's not even talk about Wanheda. There was always a threat, there still is. We become a bit hypocritical about this situation because 1. it's not just about of extras, but actors we actually know and like, and 2. Octavia is heelllaaa cold. Not showing much emotion or remorse, but we gotta understand what's going on, episode by episode, and why she has become like this. But yeah, she's hella scary. Honestly this lack of empathy, emotion, makes her scarier. Also, last episode you guys mentioned how much older Octavia looks, and how she looked 16 in the first season, she was 27 in the first season (the actress). So like 32 in season 5
