The 100: S3E09 Stealing Fire - First time watching!

Lexa and Lincoln's deaths lay at the feet of Pike and Bellamy (and Titus). A domino effect from Pike and Bellend's blind hatred and stupidly short-sighted choices. To Lexa and Lincoln - two characters who really shined and who won't soon be forgotten. May we meet again.

Another amazing episode it’s insane how much happens in a single episode of this show. Pike needs to die immediately he has an extremely punchable face

Bye Lincoln! May we meet again 💚

"Betrayed them so many times." would suggest that he himself EVER even gave them a chance. He didn't. From the get-go he's been all guns in, murder, massacre, doing literally things that he is so angry with them at. They're so angry for the kids that died that first attack on them, but they're okay to kill kids themselves? Not to mention that a big reason most of the other clans even want war with Arkadia, and can be used against them now, is literally BECAUSE of having killed 300 people that were there to help them. Attacking an innocent village after that and just continuing senseless violence after senseless violence. Hell, the only reason that Pike MIGHT be right, is because he single-handedly made sure thta it became true. All while turning literally all his own people against each other in the process. The only betrayal that happened, was Lexa turning against the deal that she had with Clarke, that's it. There was no other betrayal. The only other betrayal was from Arkadia. I respect that you might see it that way, but also respectfully, for me saying Pike was right, is just missing the whole point. If we have Pike's way, everyone dies. Because the fighting will never stop, no one will ever give anyone a chance, and neighbor will kill neighbor if they look wrong at one another.

Now I can say it without spoilers. You all hate Pike, but... He was right. Every time I watch this show, I see Pike having point more and more. First of all, they fought grounders from day 1, lost most of their people fighting ice nation. So did The 100 and Arkadia, but they eventually allied with grounders. BUT - they allied with grounders just because Lexa. No one else supports that alliance (the nightblood kids (but just because she told them so)).. It made her weak and there was a strong possibility that she got killed by her people. After that, they could (and would) be fucked. Ontari wants them all dead. So as you can see, Pike was right all along. He said that grounders would betray them. Another thing that needs to be pointed out is, that Pike did not have all the information we, audience, have. He was not everywhere every time. I disagree on killing an army that was sent to protect them, but he could not be sure they were send there for that reason, grounders betrayed them so many times. And if Lexa died/betrayed them like last time, they would attack Arkadia. He had a point the whole time. Now when Ontari is Heda, she wants all of them death.

Another hearbreaking episode and they had to play Elias-Cloud...Such a fitting and heartbreaking song for that scene.

Ngl, when I first experienced this show, I hated Pike much more than Joffrey and Ramsay combined. I hated every second of him talking.
