First Time Watching The Falcon And The Winter Soldier Episode 6 Reaction!

Comments

This is my favorite of all the shows, but it’s full of plot holes and I’m glad Rob you mentioned that taking the serum doesn’t give you tactical experience. I’ve hated that since episode 1 how these Flag Smashers were 80% of Bucky yet could hold their own 1v1 for a while. Bucky is a trained lethal assassin and these are all idealistic kids. I hate that Sharon ended up being the Power Broker. I always found that super weak too. This was a great episode but it’s so weird it had like half a dozen endings.

I can’t wait for Loki

I get the same excitement watching infinity War because of the scenes filmed in Edinburgh, I used to work in Waverly Train Station where the fight took place with cap , Nat, Wanda vision and the children of thanos 💙

Shelley

Sharon didn't just gas that guy. His face was melting. She killed him

Calvin Allen

Even didn't even throw it, he kicked it which makes it funnier

Highly recommend y’all watch this before next season: https://youtu.be/0hhx92o3ymc?si=EN-XtVUmJHGXjd84

Not sure if it’s been mentioned but if it feels like some storylines disappeared it’s because they had to drop an entire B Plot about the flag smashers stealing a biological weapon and releasing it because…2020

@Foodmancing

Lol Trin ( and maybe Rob too) are gonna be all kinds of turned on by Hiddleson next week in Loki 🤣😅

Either Tim or Asha

I will forever crack up when Batroc throws the flimsy office chair..... and it knocks down the shield.

I love this show, and can’t wait to see all the characters come back in future MCU installments. I am a Bucky fan, the only character I enjoy watching more than Bucky is Loki, but we’ll get to him later. I really enjoyed Bucky’s journey in this. I wish we would have gotten a bit more of it, but I always want to see more of Bucky. I love when he tells Mr. Nakajima that he murderer his son, he is finally able to say and accept that he didn’t have a choice. "What you did all those years... it wasn't you, you didn't have a choice” -Steve CA:Civil War “I know…but I did it.” -Bucky CA:Civil War I also like the little details of him slowly changing as he gets more comfortable with himself and others. The significance of using his right hand for everything again. When he was brainwashed he would always use his left metal arm for everything. His fighting style has changed from offensive to defensive. I like that he tried to talk Karli down, I hate that he fell for it, but he used the phone to his advantage, so smart. Plus, it made for some great action and he is a superhero after all 🤷‍♀️ 😁 I am so happy Sam is our new Captain America. He has been a great supportive character and so far has shown to have the capacity to be a great leader. He is a good man. John Walker is a great new character and Wyatt Russell killed it. I loved that he did that little head twitch after saying “Copy” to Val as well. It is a nice reminder that he is still a little unstable. I wish they could have delved a little bit more into his mental health as a war veteran. The conversation with Lamar about his medals of honor and some of his behavior prior to taking the serum lead me to believe that he may some PTSD to work thru still. Of course, they may touch on that in his next appearance, now that is working as U.S. Agent. Great reactions and a fun rewatch as always, now we get to see what’s up with Loki 💚🗡️🐍💚

I don't think it's a spoiler because they openly said this themselves: these mini-series are not like others. They do not have a conclusion to the story. These mini-series serve to delve deep into the characters and set things up. We have 'Captain America: Brave New World' coming up ahead. Thank you for giving us such delightful reactions. There are many out there, but few with an honest approach to it. Can't wait for Loki

they are folowing release dates

Ahh finally!! Bittersweet to end this series, I could and have rewatched it a bunch and have a great time every time. But I was so excited for the finale and I am SO excited for Loki, so it's a win. Sam's suit here is VERY comic book accurate, this is pretty much what he looked like in the comics as Captain America, I love it! I was never a comic reader, but I always get happy for those fans who get to see fun stuff like that come to life. And his speech was incredible, Sam is just amazing. And all I can think about is what he said to Steve in The Winter Soldier after Steve gave that speech to SHIELD - "Was that off the top of your head or did you write that down first?" and here he goes pulling out a monologue for the whole country to hear lol Bucky finally coming clean to Mr. Nakajima is so sad, but the fact that Bucky is finally starting to feel a bit more sure of himself and move past the need to make amends is fantastic. He can be the hero, The Winter Soldier, without so much guilt hanging over him now. And then he can put the moves on Sarah lol U.S. Agent is the real name of John Walker's comic book character name. If I'm not mistaken he follows a similar storyline where he became Captain America at some point and had to turn into U.S Agent after losing it somehow. Ugh the combination of Sam and Isaiah's scenes and the ending cookout are so heartwarming, I always get a lil emotional. Isaiah having his story told (and without necessarily having to come out of hiding) is the bare minimum of what he deserves, but it's still so great. And the Wilson Family throwing down with the community is just great to see. And Sam and Bucky get to end as friends (no matter what they say they are lol) whereas they started the show barely tolerating each other. Can't wait for more MCU reactions and I second your desire for a season 2 for FATWS...although I wonder if it counts as a spoiler to share some of what you can anticipate coming in the next year?

Not sure I'd hold my breath that either of those will release on time.

I don't know if this was mentioned, and I hope this isn't considered a spoiler, but we'll see U.S. Agent and Bucky again together in a movie called The Thunderbolts. And there will be another Captain America movie with Sam. Both movies are scheduled for release next year. I can't wait!

Ok, so apart from this episode being amazing, I have to share how exciting it was for me personally, because while it is supposed to be based New York, Marvel filming was based at Pinewoord Studios in Atlanta. (That is why you always see “🍑 Georgia” at the end of the credits.) For seven years, I worked downtown, **IN** the building where this whole of episode was shot in and around. 😁 Anything not showing Sam with the helicopter in NY, was using Atlanta for NY - so all interior shots showing things like the stairs where Bucky is on the phone, to the underground parking garage with the cool glass elevator vestibules, we’re all areas I was in almost daily. So, it make this episode SUPER fun to watch! (Building is “Colony Square” on the corner of Peachtree and 14th street!) I loved this series, and Bucky and Sam are wonderful characters! ❤️

Agreed, 100%. 👆🏼

William

Such a great episode, and Sam's new suit is so cleannnn. You're gonna love Loki next and honestly, I think people overreacted to phase 4 because it really is not as bad as they say.

damian

Loved this series and your reaction. Do you know when you might resume certain films?
