I FINALLY got the link to open on my iPhone. I hit the compass which redirects. Then the “hamburger” icon, THEN SWIPE, which brings up the DOWNLOAD or CREATE ACCOUNT. And after clicking DOWNLOAD, a second option comes up for DOWNLOAD or VIEW. I never cast it to anything. Heck, I never even watch it in my phone. I just listen to it as I drive.

What the hell. That really messes with creators. And the people who want to watch them. Why'd they change it? It was fine as it was. I'm having so many issues with all of my devices lately. They've all stopped working, so I've had to replace them. Then all of my accounts for online games have vanished. And now this.

Your fine, but now at least I know that I am not going crazy 😜. As I stated, it works fine on my tablet (for now) and fingers crossed it stays that way. I did foolishly buy a 2G Sync account, which did allow me to send an email to Tech Support. So, hopefully next week I'll get an answer. If so, I will reply here, just incase someone else needs help on our Patreon account. I say we as I think of our members as one happy community! 😊

I had the same problem but just now I tried 2 and it worked. Hit the button with the three lines, then scroll over and click view (instead of open like I used to do)

It seems like Sync removed the "Open" link on most mobile devices a few days ago. It's not clear if by accident (like the buggy menu) or on purpose. I hope they will add the "Open" link that allows streaming again very soon. I only mentioned GDrive as an alternative (with some limits) until Sync works again as it used to. Sorry I couldn't provide more help.

I am talking about Sync. It's th link I always use. I never use the Google drive link. The Sync link, when it was working up until a few days ago, I would click the 3 lines, and select open. Then I would see the thumbnail of the video with 3 vertical dots. I would click the dots, and I had the options of Cast, Download, or Picture in Picture. I would select Cast, as I have a large Smart TV 📺, and I could enjoy the video on my television with my sound bar or my Bose Bluetooth Headphones 🎧. Now, I can't do this on my phone, so I am doing on my Tablet. Maybe this more descriptive explanation will help you understand what is happening. I have cleared 75 G, off my phone's storage and that has not resolved my problem, I have been using my phone to Cast videos for 9 months or however long Rob and Trin have been using the Sync link. So is the Sync link not working for casting for phones? Like I said, I am able to use my tablet for now to casting to my Television, and I will do so, I am just trying to figure out why I can't use my phone. I apologize for being such a pain, but I am paying well above the Subscription for Rob and Trin's Patreon site. To reiterate, I only use the Sync link, not the Google Drive link. Thanks for any assistance.

GDrive is Google Drive, the second link in R&T posts (drive.google.com). It allows to watch the videos in original or lower quality but only for a limited number of times per day (per uploading account, as in Rob's account. For all videos, not just that one everyone is trying to watch and for all users - that's why there is a sync.com link). Downloading the video always works if you are signed in into your Google account but sometimes just shows a loading spinner without any way to watch or download if you are not.

What is the Gdrive? Just curious? 🤔 Also what is maximum the maximum amount of playback is that all subscribers or just me. I appreciate the information. I am using my tablet with no problem casting to my TV.

Maybe ask for a refund and let them know you thought that this would allow you to stream videos again because you didn't know that they just completely messed up their responsive design for mobile devices. Since they should have got thousands of complaints about that problem, there is at least a chance you'll get your money back.

To be clear: these are ways to at least DOWNLOAD the video, there is currently no way to stream the video on most mobile devices (once maximum playbacks on GDrive are exceeded). We will have to wait and hope that Sync fixes this issue soon. There is nothing Rob&Trin or anyone can do.
In the meanwhile: use a PC or notebook if you can, use GDrive as long as maximum amount of playbacks are not exceeded (resets daily) or download the video.

I have 2 phone, both Samsung Galaxy models, a S20 Ultra and a S22 Ultra. I tried both phones and get the same thing as my 1st comment said. 🙃

Ok,
Step 1 and 3 don't work at all as the 3 lines don't appear at all.
Step 2 will show the 3 lines, but it gives me the options to either download or start an account.
Yesterday I actually did by an account for single users for $96 thinking that would solve the problem, but for some reason I can't change the default location on my phone to where the the information is stored. Which is somewhere on Chrome. The Samsung tech guy I called last night spent 2.5 hours trying to figure this out even with remote access and couldn't. So I am going to do a factory reset on my phone later today to see if that fixes the problem. Unless you have any other ideas.
Right now my Samsung Galaxy S8+ tablet will Le me cast to my TV. I am praying that it doesn't start this problem too.
