Alicia was actually 23 when this was filmed During season 3. She was only 21 when the show first started. Much younger then you thought I guess

He made some derogatory racist remarks to her, similar to how he spoke of and treated Luciana. Ophela definitely had a beef with Otto but felt bad about leaving Alicia, that's why she "offered" her her "1 chance" to leave the compound and go back to the reservation with her.....she knew what was all being planned but clearly didn't care about The Clark's wellbeing enough to "ask" more than once.
