I was just saying it because I know a lot of reactors stop reacting due to comments saying that one season was bad and I don´t want them to leave the show because of it. I love season 8 too, but just letting them know that these two were in general the ones that people disliked the most, comparing to the rest of the show, and season 9 made everyone agree again on how amazing it is, but of course it is personal opinion on which season you like the most.

Mind you, some people don't even like season 2 where basically every character has a specific progression . We just need to accept that we are all different and have different point of view. Human nature right! Personally I love season 7 and 8.

Some people will say season 8 is bad which I disagree because at least we have the all at war theme going on but it´s up to personal opinion. Anyway bear with it because we can all agree that season 9 really picks up TWD again and it is really fresh.

2023-03-15 14:09:39 +0000 UTCI always get the biggest adrenaline rush when Rick looks Negan in the face knowing he'll likely actually kill Carl and STILL tells him he's going to kill him. THAT'S the Rick I know and love. Carl's death would've just fueled him even more in that moment. I'm glad Shiva saved Carl though for sure lol

2023-03-15 04:30:41 +0000 UTCRemember guys season 8 premier is the 100th episode I think so they'll have call backs to earlier seasons in the next episode so keep an eye out it's pretty cool if you notice. Season 7 was very uncomfterbale for me to watch seeing our group lose Glenn and Abe and be so powerless for this season , kneeling and answering to the saviours 😒. Glad we have the kingdom and hilltop on side. Its pretty cool seeing all the different characters come together and mix from all three groups. Are you ready for war???

The hardest thing about this season, for me, was that the first half seemed hopeless with Rick losing faith, and the second half was frustrating, with them searching for help. btw...I hate Jadis too. I love that we got to see Abraham again. And even though we didn't get something with Glenn, Maggie's words touched me deeply. RIP Sasha. You're right. She is a legend.

But lets be honest..... if the tiger is off the leash, and doesn't recognize everyone from Alexandria or Hilltop.... then you have to think that it's chewing through our own people during the battle as well... right? This is my one big issue with this episode, LOL.

So many beautiful character moments, nostalgia with the ones we loved and are now gone, the sacrifice of Sasha to save her family, the buildup and the hope with everyone coming in and helping in the battle, etc...But even better is Dwight turning on Negan to help Rick and company, the way Carl was the first one to take charge after Sasha came out and gave them an opening, that's just one of the many reasons I absolutely adore Carl, he is Rick's son, no question, he's a damn legend in his own right. Then probably my very favorite moment when Rick is looking directly in Negan's eyes, reassuring him that he will be killing him, all of them..."you're all already dead." Probably my favorite line in the episode. Then everyone coming and saving the day and then the ending with that absolutely beautiful speech from Maggie was just the icing on the cake. An absolute masterful finale!💗

I love this season for many reasons but, it is hard to watch. I hope you're looking forward to the "All Out War"

But it was still sad to see her go like that, she had way more potential !

They say it’s the most “ambitious” of all of them, I like the screen tint they use and I personally find it best if you binge all 16 episodes in one take as Season 8 is filmed in a movie format! Probably not good for week-to-week, but no way is it a bad season!
