Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers 2002 - Movie Reaction!

Comments

Best reactioners i've seen. Pleas watch Oblivion and Edge of tomorrow with Tom Cruise.

These reactions get me thru the work day. Itโ€™s so amazing that I can watch almost the whole trilogy by the time I get off work. Just so magical and calming to have playing in the background

I just thought - I haven't seen anyone say anything about this yet, but they may have on Discord. Its just a fun little 2 minute song someone made like 15 years ago with these movies, "They're Taking the Hobbits to Isengard!" It would be fun if y'all reacted to it if you haven't already seen it lol! https://youtu.be/vnDspiYT6AA

I JUST THOUGHT THE SAME THING!!!

One of the things that I didn't like in this movie was Faramir being tempted by the ring. He never took Sam, Frodo, and Gollum to Gondor. He was never tempted by the ring like Boromir.

Aragon looks like Rick Grimes lol

I didn't bother because I thought someone already did even if the video was just posted when I commented ๐Ÿ˜‚

Yeah was a pain to balance, the movie was really quiet on the low parts but then extremely loud on the action parts. I will try something else on part 3

The DVD/Blu-ray making-of documentaries are a must-watch. Re; Gollum- there actually was "a guy in a suit" - it was Andy Serkis who got his big break in these films. He and Peter Jackson really pioneered the use of motion capture, and Andy's full commitment to the motion capture suit paved the way to the amazing career he has had since.

Perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon!

Have to say I really struggled with the audio levels on this one... The Movie was near-silent when your voices were normal, or I could hear what was happening and get deafened when you cut in.

Basic

Hahaha! I might have known someone would as I was shocked no one had here lol.

Do not dare to hope, for I fear to tell you that it was I who claimed the one trivia to rule them all, on their discord not three hours past!

Ok, Iโ€™ll be the one to do itโ€ฆwhen Aragorn kicked the helmet he broke his toe and thatโ€™s why his yell was so good. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ (and itโ€™s a common occurrence for LotR fans to tell everyone this piece of trivia).

Since you've been wondering a lot about CGI and practical effects, and how they managed to do most things I suggest you watch all the "behind the scenes". I don't know how to call them but when they released the extended editions on DVD there were hours of interviews and showing all the work behind it, including Gollum and the actor playing him (physically), how they built so many sets etc...it was fascinating! And I'm sure you would love it. If you happen to post it here I'm pretty sure most of us would watch it with you ๐Ÿ˜†

Canโ€˜t wait to watch it with you!
