2022-10-27 02:57:21 +0000 UTCNo, if you listen to their conversation Rhaenyra told Laenor that they would get married, attend public events together and other duties to put up a false front, and then they would be free to pursue their individual "appetites" in secret. Nothing was said about at least having children together which was short sided on their part. Laenor should have manned up, ate his vegetables in order for him to have desert. Just saying. Otherwise Rhaenyra should have bedded a silver haired person to at least throw off Alicent. That is her biggest gripe, she had to sleep with Viserys and give him children yet, Rhaenyra got to play with everyone but Laenor.

2022-09-29 21:34:10 +0000 UTCGreat reaction! Ok, I don't think Rhaenyra and Laenor thought out this little problem of children not looking like the parents. Their arrogance blinds them. Laenor, should just take 1 for the team, it's not like he's never slept with a woman before. All of this could've been avoided if the first child was with both parents. It wouldn't matter if it was a boy or girl, Alicent wouldn't be able to say anything and Viserys probably put her in her place even Rhaenyra and Harwin had children after that. I mean Rhaenyra was right,she didn't begrudge Laenor his "appetites" as no risk of unwanted pregnancies on his part, while that was always a risk for her.
