Late comment here I know, but since I've heard you mention Starship Troopers in other reactions (Firefly in particular) I thought you might find it interesting to know that the actress who plays Chrissy the Cheerleader is Casper Van Dien (Johnny Rico)'s daughter. Also the main reason the kids look much older is because there was such a big gap between filming seasons 3 and 4. Partly because of the pandemic.
