Also according to answers to the question, the more recent Sherlock changed it to "the game is on" because "afoot" is (quote) "kinda old fashioned.

Into your clothes and come!”...Hope that didn't include any spoilers lol..but according to google it is "The Game is afoot"

And there's something reassuring about owning your favorite movies as physical versions that aren't going to get censored the moment someone decides the word "ice cream" is offensive to eskimos.
