Payment system doesn't work properly

There's a lot of creators suffering the same issue, looks like there was a glitch on the payment system, what happened is the system has refused a lot of payments from legit users, i sended a message to all my patrons has been affected by it, please check if your payment method is working properly, because looks like Patreon it's doing too little to fix it.
UPDATE:
Looks like the issue is for credit card users, if you can please update your payment to Paypal, or check with your bank to approve the charge as non-fraud.

I can't afford to get an actual credit card, so I use a pre-paid card supplied by my job. Even when I transfer to PayPal, it still says something is wrong and I get a message saying 'We had some trouble transfering your memberships. Please try again, or contact support if the problem persists.'. I called the people that do my card stuff, and they say no attempted charge even appeared on my card. What do I do?

2018-08-02 16:10:22 +0000 UTCI called my bank and they indicated that everything was green on their end, so it's Patreon's fault. The solution I found was to plug in a different payment method, switch all pledges over to that, then switch them back to the preferred and try again.

2018-08-02 14:50:03 +0000 UTCBe careful about switching to Paypal. Paypal's weird about NSFW stuff, and since your Patreon is probably flagged as NSFW, it could cause problems.
