Once, N came to me and asked, literally, to "teach level designs". Kinda, artist, gamedev experience, "teach me!"
We made an agreement, I took no money, gave a test task "sci-fi rogue-like room" - and we began.
And you just look how he progresses!) Left - is what was as the beginning. And right - is the same, but after several lessons.
