Fast Posing: Breaking News!

I had the idea of releasing a few "fast posed pictures", the idea is setting a scene in 30 minutes or less, but it's not like an challenge, its more like "The Joy of Painting", something nice and relaxing, you know.
I need to find a way to recording the making process, without slowing down too much my PC.
