Alzador moseyed over to the balcony stretching wide adjacent to the chamber of the high council. He spun his head, twisting away the knot in his old, stiff neck, and took in the panoramic scenery all around him ─ giving him a marvelous twilight view of his village dotted safely within a crescent-shaped ridge down below. Gazing at the star-studded sky, Alzador's eyes were immediately drawn towards the angelic wing formed by a dozen or so stars, radiating a blueish hue. The stars forming this constellation shone significantly brighter than the other hundreds of stars Alzador could perceive in his purview. It was the sign of Imna, the Goddess of Light ─ guarding their people and everything beyond for calamity for thousands of years.
He cocked his head when he heard footsteps approaching behind him. The shuffling gait already gave away as to who it was, so Alzador saved himself the trouble of turning around.
"I hope you're satisfied now that you finally got what you want." Onexius earnest voice spoke.
Alzador's lips cracked into an almost imperceptible smile as he turned around to look at him, "Not less satisfied than you are."
Onexius snorted, "You know, things could lead to seditious behavior among the elite if our involvement is being noted."
"You have dealt with worse. Much worse. Besides, if things will escalate, SHE will deal with them."
"Speaking about deals," Onexius walked past him and placed his hands on the balcony railing as he stared at the sky, "IM going to be her right hand."
Alzador chuckled, "Petty things, Onexius. Such petty things."
"Don't act like you do not crave for such a thing!" His eyes spat fire as they shot their gaze towards Alzador.
Alzador sighed, "I crave for many things, unfortunately. But unlike you, I do not regard myself as privileged."
Onexius's eyes lit up red, "Is that a challenge?!"
Alzador remained unfazed and opened his mouth to retort when an occurrence in the sky drew his attention. Onexius's eyes ─ which were still fuming ─ churned into confusion when they witnessed Alzador's stare of awe aimed at the heavens.
Both gentlemen saw several new stars illuminating in the twilight sky, lighting up like freshly-lit candles in a dark room. They radiated a dark crimson hue and formed the shape of a scorpion's tail.
"Its beginning…" Alzador said.
Onexius snuffed, "So once again, the fate of the whole universe is placed into the hands of a young girl."
"And you wouldn't have it any other way," Alzador said.
"What about the other?" Onexius asked.
"There will be a clash. But it will be a short one."
"In favor of?"
"You love to ask for the obvious. Don't you?" Alzador eyed him.
"I want to hear you say it." Onexius presented a sly grin.
"You want to hear me say it? Fine, then at least one of us is brave enough to admit it. Zoe is about to become ─ if she's not already is ─ an unstoppable dark force who will drastically purge the universe of all hope. Her reign will be cruel, ever-lasting, and undisputed. And I, for once, am at the point to openly admit that it is something I craved for all my life."
Onexius's face stirred into a glare of disgust, "You really are a sleazebag, aren't you?"

Back on earth, people merely went on with their daily lives.
After receiving a wet, rushed suck off from a middle-aged hooker whose charges were vastly higher than one would expect from someone with such wilted looks, Paul scuttled through the streets ─ in search of the nearest liquor store.
He zig-zagged his way through throngs of scurrying people ─ most of whom were in search of something fun to do on this Friday night ─ and crossed a busy intersection. Next to a solitaire stargazer, all ─ including Paul ─ were too busy, too much occupied with their own lives to notice the changes occurring in the vast dark sky above them. No one saw the crimson stars appearing, the signs which indicated that a prophecy was fulfilled.
Only when it became pitch dark ─ when the stars above them seemed to be switched off ─ did more and more people took the trouble to take a gander above them.

Zoe lowered a cupped hand over the open palm of her other hand and saw the shrunken continent in it collapsing from sight. It was so childish easy for her now to hear the screams of terror emanating from the throats of millions of speck-sized humans. She was no longer bound to the limits of her sorcery capabilities. However scary talented she was as a mortal, Zoe was still capped by her own potential constraints.
This was no longer the case anymore; she was a Goddess now and not some Goddess, but the Goddess. The Ultimate Goddess, to be precise.
Zoe had yet to find a weakness in her capabilities or some form of a shortcoming. She used to have trouble with mind reading. Now however, it took even less than little effort to perceive the thoughts and feelings and emotions of millions, which did not even feel overwhelming to her. Her mind seemed like a supercomputer, capable of processing information at a dazzling high speed. Her awesome new powers also made it possible for her to center her attention on one particular person if the wish was there.
Zoe now lived beyond the fabric of time and space. She was anywhere and nowhere.
There was only one hindrance;
"Enjoying yourself, I see?" an angelic voice compelled Zoe's attention.
Zoe looked up, tearing her eyes away from her cupped hands, with the shrunken continent in it, and was greeted by the sight of the most beautiful blond girl she has ever seen, "Even now in this state of omnipotence will I probable never fully grasp you, Imna. but there is one thing you MUST enlighten me about." Zoe said.
"And what is that?" Imna asked
"How in the name of me were you able to restrain yourself for so long?" Zoe looked at her in disbelief.
Imna arched one brow, "Restraint myself from what?"
"These… these powers! They are amazing! I can do anything I want! Here, look." Zoe pointed her pinky up, and a second later, a marble-sized planet floated above it.
"Ha! See what I mean? A whole fuckin planet! Just simply shrunk down and blinked to me with just the effort of a single thought!"
Billions of shrunken humanoids were unaware that their planet was now soaring in orbit around the pinky finger of a transcended teen Goddess. All received images in their heads, send by the teen Goddess, to worship her and set up a new religion in honor of her. Everything that had to do with Imna, the Goddess of light, had to be discarded. Refusal would irrefutably lead to severe consequences.
"I will stop you!" Imna took a step forward.
Zoe sighed, "And you're supposed to be omniscient, they say? Haven't you read the prophecy? I'm the Ultimate Goddess. No one can stop me, not even you. Allow me to promote you to become my personal thrall. What do you say, huh? You and me, ruling over shrunken countries and planets throughout various galaxies. We could even jump in the sack with each other if you like. I can only imagine what sight it must be for the mortals to witness two of the most powerful Goddesses in existence having their way with each other."
Imna's immaculate, beautiful face looks at her with revulsion, "It's despicable that a vile being like you is granted these powers."
Zoe chuckled, "The viler, the better if you ask some. By the way, do you care to join?"
Imna's curious countenance switched to a look of revulsion when Zoe simply lifted her skirt up to show two metallic piercings jutted through her outer labia. On one of them hung a marble-sized planet. Imna could hear Billions of beings shouting their reverence to Zoe, the Dark Goddess.
"I still have one slot left. Perhaps for a petty Goddess, shrunk down to a finger-sized mascot for good fortune?"
"Aaargh!" Imna screeched in rage as her hands shot out a full brunt of celestial energy – capable of disintegrating a whole universe – into Zoe's chest.
A smile crept on her face as she saw Zoe's body shaking – like she was suffering a severe epileptic seizure – and wailing with agony.
"You do not deserve to exist," Imna said as she took things up a notch.
A triumphant smile slowly crept upon Imna's face as she saw Zoe's knees buckling until she plunged down on the floor.
"That all you got?" Zoe suddenly said. She leisurely stood back up and looked at a shocked Imna with an evil smile.

Thx! Glad you like it. I'm not really sure yet in what direction I want to go with her from here. I will add a plot poll in a few days and will allow free suggestion also! So if some of you have fun ideas I'll be happy to hear them!
