April's Pizza Binge (4K)

A last minute solution was to order a pizza and have it delivered to her place. Her tummy is quite a monster, especially while empty, and she must feed it ASAP.
Animation includes stomach growling (hunger and digestion), mouth shots, swallowing, and even some internal views!
