Chapter 115: The Little Girl in the Mountain Village

Xavier looked at Korin and naturally agreed to his requests, as these were trivial matters for him.

After witnessing the Senzu Beans’ cultivation firsthand, Xavier was even more eager to mass-produce them.

With so many Saiyans on Red Mountain Planet, Senzu Beans could be invaluable. If their cultivation methods could be disseminated, Red Mountain Planet could mass-produce Senzu Beans, using them as strategic reserves or rewards. However, the prerequisite was that Senzu Beans needed to be produced in large quantities.

This was a significant challenge. Korin’s cultivation of Senzu Beans resembled a small workshop—meticulous but unable to scale up production.

The key issue was the cultivation environment. Ultra Divine Water, condensed from divine power, couldn't be replicated with ordinary technology. Without Ultra Divine Water, cultivating Senzu Beans was out of the question. This thought made Xavier frown.

It seemed that large-scale Senzu Bean cultivation was a distant goal, not achievable in the short term.

Putting these worries aside, Xavier followed Korin back to the second floor of Korin Tower. After seeing Korin carefully store away all the seafood, Xavier discussed training methods with him.

Xavier’s power had far surpassed Korin’s, and he had developed his own martial arts theories. However, as the saying goes, a master can be found in anyone. Xavier believed Korin’s centuries of experience might offer unique insights, possibly highlighting issues he had overlooked.

Sometimes, common knowledge can obscure the finer details, making external input invaluable.

Korin's individual strength wasn't impressive, but his deep understanding of fundamentals made his theoretical knowledge substantial. Under Korin’s guidance, Xavier indeed discovered some overlooked areas. Addressing these gaps made his martial arts more refined and flawless.

After bidding farewell to Korin, Xavier leapt from Korin Tower and flew towards West City.

Watching Xavier's figure recede, Korin stood by the tower’s railing, squinting at the vast, clear sky. “Xavier is becoming more and more unfathomable, like an ocean where you can only see the waves, never the edges.”

...

In a remote village, a rugged path hewn from the mountains wound its way along the terrain.

This was a rustic village, far from the world's clamor.

Suddenly, a series of crashing sounds shattered the village's tranquility. A band of bandits wielding broadswords pillaged and burned, ruthlessly killing innocent villagers.

“Old man, where do you think you're going? Hand over your belongings!” A burly thug snarled, kicking a hunched old man and slashing him several times before snatching the bundle clutched tightly in the old man's arms.

“Grandpa, Grandpa!” A sorrowful cry rang out as a blue-haired little girl threw herself onto the fallen old man, weeping bitterly.

The bandits laughed cruelly, opening the seized bundle to find a wooden jar that jingled with the sound of coins.

"Hahaha, there's quite a bit of money in here! Hey, little girl, stop crying and show us if you have any more of these jars!" The bandits exchanged glances, licking their lips as they advanced, their bloodstained blades gleaming menacingly in the sunlight.

"You bastards!"

The blue-haired girl glared at the bandits through her tears. Suddenly, her silky hair turned golden, and her eyes filled with a fierce, aggressive light.

The sudden transformation startled the bandits. Their leader stepped back but then spat on the ground, embarrassed. He became enraged and stepped towards the girl.

But before he could act, the girl swiftly knocked him down and dashed into a small wooden hut.

"What are you waiting for? Go grab that little girl!" the bandit leader shouted angrily. His henchmen, their faces twisted with cruelty, rushed towards the hut.

The door of the hut opened, and the bandits, eager to capture their prey, suddenly froze in terror and began to retreat.

The little girl emerged, wielding a submachine gun as tall as she was.

"What's the matter? She's just a little girl. She doesn't know how to use that thing!" the bandit leader yelled. However, his men hesitated, afraid to advance.

"Useless idiots!"

With a flash of anger in his eyes, the bandit leader scowled at his men, then stepped forward himself. "Little girl, put down the weapon, and maybe I'll leave you a whole corpse. Otherwise..."

His lecherous gaze swept over her, but the girl was too young for his twisted desires. Nevertheless, he couldn't help his vile thoughts.

"Spit! How dare you call me a little girl and look at me like that!" the now blonde girl spat, lifting the submachine gun and opening fire.

Tat-tat-tat! The gun roared, spitting fire and lead. The bandit leader didn't have time to react before the bullets tore him apart, leaving him a bloody, lifeless mess on the ground.

"Oh no, she really can shoot! The boss is dead!"

Panic spread among the bandits. They were terrified, knowing their knives were no match for the machine gun. One by one, they fell under the barrage of bullets from the golden-haired girl, their screams echoing as they met their grisly end.

After killing all the bandits, the blonde girl walked over to her grandfather's body, her eyes filled with sadness. "Old man, you never wanted to prepare more handguns. If I hadn’t hidden away this submachine gun, I would have joined you in the afterlife."

"Hmph, I’ve taken care of those bandits and avenged you all. Ah-choo..." She sneezed, her hair reverting to its blue color. Looking at the blood-stained submachine gun and the corpses scattered around, her eyes were filled with terror.

Clang! She dropped the submachine gun to the ground and collapsed, crying bitterly.

By dusk, the blue-haired girl had dug graves for her family. After gathering her belongings, she prepared to leave the village. The cold night wind howled, making her shiver as her frail body struggled against the chill.

...

West City, one of the most prosperous cities on Earth.

The global corporation Capsule Corporation's headquarters was located here.

Basking in the warm sunlight and clear breeze, Xavier's figure landed on a bustling city street. People streamed by on either side, and hover cars sped along the roads. Yet, no one seemed to notice Xavier's sudden appearance.

It was as if he was invisible to them.

Walking on the smooth asphalt road, Xavier noted the absence of industrial pollution in the air.

"It seems West City has a well-developed urban infrastructure, avoiding the environmental damage typical of city development," Xavier concluded. From the extensive greenery lining the roads, it was clear that the city's inhabitants were conscious of and actively avoiding environmental harm.

Compared to three years ago, West City was even more prosperous.

Familiar with the area, Xavier found Bulma's house in West City and discreetly snuck into the backyard's small storage room. He quietly placed the Two-Star Ball back in its original spot, intending to leave without drawing attention.
