Chapter 65: Arrival and the Saiyan Diaspora

Adriel watched everything with a smile, his dark cheeks flushed with a hint of red. From this moment, their branch of Saiyans was embarking on a vast journey, perhaps becoming the sole surviving Saiyan tribe.

Minutes later, a streak of light flashed, and Xavier reappeared before them. Since the first jump star was only a twelve-day journey from Planet Vegeta, using Instant Transmission allowed for a quick round trip.

"I've already transported those people to the first jump star. Now, I'll take you," he announced.

With the scene they had just witnessed, the remaining Saiyans were somewhat excited. At Xavier's command, they quickly formed a large circle again. Some of the more astute among them had already perceived Xavier's uniqueness. Despite his youthful appearance, could any ordinary child wield such profound psychic powers?

The way these Saiyans looked at Xavier was filled with amazement and, more intensely, a burning desire. If only they could possess such magical abilities themselves!

Xavier noticed their gazes and simply smiled. He knew that to truly command obedience from these Saiyans, there was still a long road ahead.

Haste makes waste, and he didn't naturally possess an authoritative royal aura—no one would bow down to him at first sight. Such a scenario was unrealistic.

The indomitable nature of the Saiyans was a mark of their warrior race, ingrained in their bloodline. While they appeared fearless and defiant, Saiyans inherently respected strength. As long as he demonstrated sufficient power, he had no fear of their disobedience.

And power was where Xavier's confidence lay.

Following the same procedure, Xavier used Instant Transmission to move the remaining Saiyans away from Planet Vegeta.

A few hours later, the first group of evacuating Saiyans successfully arrived on Planet Red Mountain, located in the Eastern Galaxy.

After repeatedly using Instant Transmission, even Xavier, with his robust energy, felt exhausted. While utilizing the cosmic ships of the Phydia people was the most convenient method, the vast distance meant a journey of over two years!

"It seems I need to think of other methods to transport people to Planet Red Mountain in the future," Xavier mused quietly after this session of teleportation.

Upon their arrival, the Saiyans had little time to rejoice before the twelvefold gravity of Planet Red Mountain overwhelmed those unprepared.

Thankfully, being naturally accustomed to tenfold gravity and possessing robust physiques, the Saiyans managed to withstand the initial discomfort. Soon enough, most adapted to the increased gravitational pull.

However, some of the weaker Saiyans found breathing laborious, indicating they would need time to adjust.

...

As everyone reached the residential area, the sight that greeted them was somewhat astonishing.

Not far ahead, an ecological zone capable of sustaining three thousand individuals was already established, appearing like a miniature city nestled among mountains. Around it, numerous construction crews busily expanded the city's perimeter.

The city itself featured rows of dome-shaped megastructures, each uniformly standing as standard four-story buildings. The residential area included dedicated training zones, living quarters, and leisure areas, catering extensively to the needs of the Saiyans.

Here, Xavier couldn't help but admire the Phydia people's advanced technology. A small city had risen from the ground in just a few days—an efficiency almost beyond belief.

Using a communicator, Xavier summoned Eilo to introduce the Saiyans to their new living quarters.

"This Planet Red Mountain will be our new Saiyan homeland. I hope everyone will protect it well!" After Eilo's presentation and his departure, Adriel stepped forward with a commanding air, being the only high-class warrior and the most authoritative figure among them.

"Rest assured, Mr. Adriel, we will guard our new homeland!"

"Yes, we can't let it become like Planet Vegeta."

After glancing over everyone, Adriel spoke with a grave expression: "Now that we are here, I must inform you that the Saiyans of Planet Red Mountain will sever ties with those of Planet Vegeta. Your new leader will be the one standing beside me... Xavier!"

As murmurs spread among the crowd, Adriel coughed to draw all eyes to him.

"Of course, some might wonder why I've chosen Xavier as your leader. Is it just because of his Instant Transmission psychic powers? While that's a factor, it's more importantly Xavier's combat prowess that convinces me of his capability to lead us!" With that, Adriel swept his gaze across the assembly, releasing his full aura to underscore his statement.

In that moment, an overwhelming pressure enveloped everyone, pressing the Saiyans, with their combat strengths of merely two to three thousand, to the point of pale dismay.

"Such oppressive power! His strength isn't far off from a peak warrior like King Vegeta!" exclaimed one of the Saiyans.

"I hadn't realized Mr. Adriel had become so strong."

Since all energy detectors had been destroyed early on, the Saiyans could only estimate Adriel's combat power through the sheer oppressiveness of his presence.

"I can tell you all now that my combat power is 11,600! And every member of Adriel's squad boasts strengths over 10,000." As Adriel contained his aura, his declaration hit like a boulder thrown into a tranquil lake, instantly stirring uproar among the Saiyans.

"My goodness, does that mean Planet Red Mountain will have six warriors with combat strengths over 10,000? It took Planet Vegeta years to have just about twenty!"

"Why would Mr. Adriel appoint his nephew as the leader if he is so strong?"

Some Saiyans voiced their doubts, instinctively dismissing the possibility that Xavier could surpass Adriel in strength—it seemed too inconceivable.

Xavier's possession of psychic powers was seen as a rare gift, as beings throughout the universe awakening such powers were not uncommon; they simply saw Xavier as a fortunate individual with psychic abilities, not necessarily linked to combat prowess.

But Adriel's next words struck them like a thunderbolt.

"I appointed Xavier as our leader not because he is my nephew. Truth be told, although I consider my combat power decent, it pales in comparison to my children!"

Adriel beamed with pride and declared, "The glow of a candle cannot compete with the sun and moon. Since we Saiyans revere strength, it is only fitting that our leader should be the strongest among us. And Xavier's combat power has reached 120,000—the mightiest among all Saiyans!"

"What, 120,000 combat power!"

"Is that a mistake? How can someone have such a high combat power?"

All were stunned, doubting their own ears.

If Adriel's previous statement had stirred the waters, this revelation was akin to detonating a massive explosive, leveling the entire lake.

"You heard correctly, Xavier possesses a combat power of 120,000!"

Adriel then winked at Xavier, signaling that he was building momentum for him to solidify his position as the leader of the Saiyans.

Xavier, typically not one to revel in public attention, understood that to subdue these headstrong Saiyans, the simplest and most direct method was to demonstrate overwhelming strength.

Thus, Xavier nodded, stepping forward undeniably.

Whoosh—

A terrifying aura unfurled across the landscape.

The sky seemed to freeze at that moment, leaves tearing into shreds under the fearsome force.

With a resonating "hum," Xavier's body emitted a deep, crystalline glow, his hair slightly lifting in the surge of power.

Suddenly, the gravity of Planet Red Mountain seemed to vanish—pebbles and dust lifted off the ground, the earth cracked open in countless places...

Faces pale, bodies trembling under the formidable aura, the Saiyans' eyes blazed with intense fervor.
