ABILITIES

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Queen Titania fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Resistance. Queen Titania has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Estival Queen. Fey creatures targeted by Queen Titania’s spells or abilities make their saving throws at Disadvantage. 

Otherworldly Presence. Each creature who can see Queen Titania  must succeed on a DC 23 Wisdom saving throw or become Charmed. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If Queen Titania attempts to harm a creature Charmed by their effect, the effect immediately ends. 

If a creature’s saving throw is successful or the effect is otherwise ended, the creature is immune to their ability for the next 24 hours. 

Actions. 

Multiattack. Queen Titania makes two Sunspire Scepter attacks. She can replace one Scepter attack with two Bolt attacks. 

Sunspire Scepter. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 16 (2d10+5) bludgeoning damage and 5 (2d4) fire damage. After the attack, Titania may teleport up to 30ft in any direction. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks. 

Sunspire Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +17 to hit, range 120ft., one target, Hit: 22 (4d10) Fire damage. A creature hit by this attack must then make a DC23 Charisma saving throw. On a failure the creature is wreathed in golden spectral flames, causing the creature to shed dim light in a 10ft. radius. While wreathed in these flames, the creature cannot benefit from being invisible and the next attack against them is made with advantage, which extinguishes the flames. 

Summer Storm (Recharge 5-6). Queen Titania causes dark storm clouds to form at a point in the sky she can see, spreading in a 60 ft radius. Rain pours from these clouds, causing ranged attacks in or through the storm to be made with Disadvantage. 

When an enemy creature enters the space beneath the storm clouds or begins its turn there, it must make a DC23 Dexterity Saving Throw. On a failure, the creature takes 3d10 Lightning damage and becomes Paralyzed until the start of its next turn. On a success, the creature takes half as much damage and is not Paralyzed. 

The storm lasts for 10 minutes or until Titania chooses to end it.

Blazing Resolve (Recharge 6). Queen Titantia causes spectral summer fire to blaze around the bodies of all allied creatures within 60ft., unleashing a fervor for battle in their souls for the next 1 minute. Attacks made by these creatures deal an additional 1d8 Fire damage to any creature they hit and all enemies within 5ft of it. Additionally, any attacks made by these creatures are made with advantage. As a bonus action, Queen Titania may cause the fires burning on one of these creatures to erupt, dealing 2d8 Fire damage to all enemy creatures within 15 ft.

Fey Step. Queen Titania teleports, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying, up to 30ft. In an unoccupied space she can see.This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks. 

Reactions. 

Fiery Escape (Recharge 4-6). In response to taking damage, Queen Titania explodes in a shower of embers and teleports, along with any equipment she is wearing or carrying, up to 60 feet to an unoccupied space she can see. All enemies within 15ft of the space she left take 10 (3d6) Fire damage and are set on fire. Creatures on fire may use their action to douse the flames or take an additional 10 (3d6) fire damage at the end of each of their turns until they do. 

Legendary Actions.

Queen Titania can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Queen Titania regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Sunspire Scepter. Queen Titania attacks with her Sunspire Scepter.

Sunspire Bolt. Queen Titania attacks with her Sunspire Bolt.

Fey Step. Queen Titania uses her Fey Step.
