I hope he starts up Millennium alongside season 4 of X-files. This way when the crossover episode happens in season 7 it is perfectly timed.

There's a tendency to think of 90s TV as being somewhat tame because you didn't really have the more graphic sex/nudity/violence that became prevalent in shows like GoT/Spartacus/Breaking Bad/Expanse. In some ways though 90s TV was way more intense in terms of how writers would delve into darker subject matter. Also fans of Firefly(and some other showsπ) will recognize Jewel Staite in some of her earliest work.
