Anyway seriously, I do actually have something important to say: work on CH12 has been absolutely tormenting me for the past year and I think, aside from personal circumstances, part of the reason is because I'm having Patreon Content Fatigue. You know, in case the increasingly erratic uploads and me running out of ideas for snippets weren't making that obvious 😭

So I've decided September (and potentially also October/November depending on how long it takes for CH12 to get finished) I'm going to focus solely on working on CH12. Instead of new character or romance snippets, you will be receiving previews and sneak peeks for CH12 every couple of days as I work on writing for it. I'll be aiming to post 1-2 previews every week.

After CH12 has been finished I may need to reassess how I'm handling the bonus snippet thing. I will still be writing them, of course, but at a certain point it's starting to feel like I'm just forcing it, and I want to avoid falling into that type of burnout as much as possible.

Of course, you'll still have access to the existing snippets, that won't change! You just won't see any new ones for a while and in exchange will get CH12 previews instead. Possibly even for CH13/14 as well, since sometimes I write a scene and decide it doesn't fit in the current chapter, and save it for a future chapter instead.

I'm hoping this will take off some of the pressure that's causing my writer's block. Totally understand if you don't want to (renew your) pledge in September because of this, of course!!

I'll still be uploading the tier 2 and tier 3 snippets for August before the month is over, so you'll have that to look forward to as well.
