Upcoming Videos Update
Added 2025-11-12 00:32:01 +0000 UTCHey everyone!
Halloween has come and gone. There were actually some things created for Disaster that didn't -quite- make the cut, but they'll show up in the next "adventure game" video which will be sooner than having to wait for next October.
It feels like it's been ages since I've been able to make a general update post. If this post, or the page in general looks a little strange, it'll be something I'll likely fix up in January when things become quieter. Patreon has been undergoing some layout and systems changes (as all websites do) so it's likely a lot of things I set up long ago for images and format things could be misaligned, missized, or mis-anything else. I think there's some AI thing on the backend as well or something I haven't fully caught up on? However prettying up the page again is lower priority compared to catching up with the video uploads, so I'll go through everything post holidays to see what can be fixed up. I'll be folding this in with a few other changes to the page, but it shouldn't be anything too drastically different. Nothing like any tier price increases or anything though, I think the Costco Hot Dog model is something to aspire to when it comes to general pricing principals if it can be helped.
Anyways, the next video will be on a bit of a mystical FPS game, it's on the shorter side and I had a good amount prepared in advance, so it'll likely be out either next week or shortly after. There are a few others I have in a general rotation, but I'm unsure of what the exact schedule will be so here are my list of certainties for the next few months (in no particular order):
Age of Decadence. This one was planned to be -much- earlier, but with it being so replay heavy I have a lot of footage but editing coherently with it is just more time consuming like most RPG videos. This could end up being even March at this point, but I'm mainly trying to avoid being stuck at a video on the road to done for months again if something wild does happen again.
The Sinking City. This was one that I wanted to do -years- ago but it was trapped in a legal battle between the devs and publisher for years, and they broke out of that along with a remaster of the game. It is one of those "remasters" that's pretty damn shortly timed in release from the original, but it was a free upgrade for owners of the base game so a nice deal there.
Oni. This was one I wanted to have for July 7th this year, but considering whatever the fuck was going on at Bungie around then with the art theft maybe that ended up for the best. I've been sitting on a lot of footage, some bits edited, and most of the outline for this video forever now.
Amnesia Rebirth/The Bunker. I went down the Frictional hole primarily for The Bunker, so I'd like to do that sooner than later. It's more having some more games between the Frictional ones to break things up.
System Shock Remake/2 Remaster. Also ones I'm behind on, but the 2 remaster in particular has some other things worth talking about now with the delisting of the original.
Return to Warhammer Games. It won't be a back to back winter block again, but I figure it's a good time to come back to some of these.
Other Adventure Game™ videos. This was something I wanted to do this year before a lot of schedule earthquakes, but you can expect some of these back to back or released extremely close in the new year. Some may be streamed, some not depending on what's technically feasible since some are running on string and bubble gum.
Some others that might come more imminently or be pushed off that will mostly be shorter ones, but still ones I feel strongly about doing (or finally doing in some cases). In this immediate rotation is a roguelike game (an especially short video I think), a co-op horror FPS, and a game about stealing things with nimbly fingers. It's also possible something that's new and really interesting comes out worth something shorter on ala Cryptmaster but we'll see.
If I end up really uncertain again I'll run a poll, but otherwise things are still looking good and stable compared to the earlier parts of the year! I'm still sorry things were thrown off were so long, but hopefully October shows just how much was in place!
Edit: Forgot about Thanksgiving, so had more time blocked than I thought, but I'm still at it!
Thanks as always for your support!

The remake is great, but some of the higher difficulties are just not worth it because of the design of the game and the strain on resources. I'm at a part where I have no ammo, no health items. If I die I have to go to another level to heal and get energy and hope I don't run into enemies . It's tedious. I don't reccomend putting combat level above 2, but maybe it's just a skill issue on my part.
