It's a 2001 Korean horror game that's like a stepping stone between Clocktower and Penumbra, but the remake is a lot more well-known these days and the original is extremely obscure with no real coverage.

Apparently Chris Roberts had minimal involvement but that still strikes me as a bizarre connection.
