Announcement about MLP-related art
Added 2021-05-04 19:51:43 +0000 UTCUnfortunately, MLP fandom won't be included in the following monthly polls. Also, I won't draw MLP fanart anytime soon except commissions.
I decided to do this because of content theft.
Recently I found out that Patreon archives are being pirated again. Someone told me that my "profile updates" (i.e. paid content from Patreon) are being requested on one of the MLP-themed anonymous boards, mainly after I do MLP-related updates.
This will remain valid until this theft situation are resolved or I figure out something about the way of updating my Patreon.
I'm very disappointed about this situation. It's sad to see how this fandom I've put so much time and effort in treats me and my work like this.
TL;DR: I stop doing any exclusive MLP-related content for Patreon

I wouldn't say it's "this fandom" doing this to you, only some imageboarders who're far from all of it, but sadly, that doesn't stop the issue. They kind of taint the pool for everyone involved - I do understand how this saps your desire to draw more of it, if you know the imageboarders will be after it without paying your asking price. Alas, can't really avoid it in any meaningful way. So I understand the decision. I guess it doesn't just rain but pours for the fandom overall - one damaging event after another with nothing to make up for it. At least this may possibly mean some more Genshin girls. With FiM off the air and G5 having completely different things, they kind of replaced MLP characters for me to an extent.
