Early Access: Drukhari vs Ad Mech. JT vs Tak. Wet vs Dry? 40k Plumbers Mission?!
Added 2021-07-20 16:31:00 +0000 UTCIt's been a hot summer so far and JT and his Drukhari look to cool things down on Planet Fathom. Playing a mission out of Warzone Charadon: Act 1 Book of Rust there is but one objective. Perform a pump extraction for 4 points. So, the Drukhari are out turning on the waterworks.
Tak's Adeptus Mechanicus are not fit for battles involving water. It rusts the metal. It weighs down the mechanics. It threatens the new paint jobs (literally painted some the night before). So, the forces of Metallica, as is thematic from the narrative, look to stop the Drukhari and their "let it flow" ways.
These two combatants play hard and have fun doing it. So much so that we had a hard time convincing Mike to keep the edit to the 40-minute (range). The compromise was 49-minutes 47-seconds of wet and wild fun all the way to the very end.
