The only reason he was able to move as his body crumbled was due to one of his Skills. Battle Continuation(Rank A) Allows for battle even on the verge of death, and allows the user to stay alive until they receive a clearly fatal blow. Essentially, he is too goddamn stubborn to just go down like that, even though he WAS still going down. Relates to when in his myth he was DISEMBOWELED and TIED HIS GUTS TO A TREE TO KEEP STANDING. He is absolutely built different.
