23:00 For some reason, your question here made me wanna suggest you watch "takt Op. Destiny." It came out a few years ago, also to do with alien sorts of monsters and music. I loved it! Truly spectacular. I think I thought of that anime because of you wondering sbout a reason for the Noise, while in tact Op., it is much the same in wondering how the D2(the entities they battle against) come about. Itwas a blast to contemplate the meaning of those murderous creatures. Plus, the OST is just mad!
